Babies and Mom’s Return Policy

Simple as pie!

Babies and Moms’ (BAM) has a simple, no hassle return policy.

You may return unopened items for up to 30 days after the purchase date.  Returned, unopened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  The customer is also responsible for shipping costs.

Due to the nature of the products, many of which are personal care items such as breast pumps, we are unable to accept returns of opened items.  In the rare event of a manufacturer defect, you must contact the manufacturer.  It's that simple!!
