Our
Shipping Policy
In most cases, we will ship
your product within 24-48 hours of receipt of your payment. Should
there be any delays, we'll notify you immediately. We understand
that certain items need to be timely, otherwise it is pointless to order
them. We keep a large stock of all our products on hand
so back orders are a thing of the past.
Our
Carriers
We have two primary carriers we are contracted
with. We chose UPS and FedEx because of their reliability and
consistency with moving large amounts of packages successfully and with
the contracts, it helps us secure lower rates for you. We
utilize USPS to ship to Military APO's (Army Post Offices), FPO's
(Fleet Post Offices), and for quick, short hops.

Customers
who select Premium Shipping to expedite their orders during checkout will be
presented with the additional charge based on location and size of the order.
For Premium Shipping, we will utilize the additional charge to get the package
to you as quickly as possible. We can use USPS 3 Day Priority or UPS
services that range from 3 Day Select to Overnight based upon the cost and
your location. Our shipping department is experienced with selecting the
best possible option. Of course, if you have any special shipping needs,
just call us to discuss them and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
For
shipments to Military APO's (Army Post Offices) & FPO's (Fleet Post
Offices), a small, additional charge may be incurred to cover the shipment
overseas. In this case, the customer will be notified. It
is important to note that shipping charges may change due to market shipping
conditions. Babiesandmoms.com will make every effort to keep our
shipping costs at the absolute minimum.
Tracking
Your Shipments
You
will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details after each
purchase. Sometimes, you will get an immediate tracking number
with which you may logon to the carrier website and track your
order. If you do not get a tracking number with your e-mail
confirmation, you will receive another email with the tracking number
once your order is shipped.
